Installed a PMA fom Mikes. Set the TDC mark using he straw-on-piston-in-plug hole method. When I start the bike, it rages with the timing way advanced an he plugs burn up in minutes. The unit fit perfectly when I threw I together. There's only one way it could go on. What the heck did I do...

Went to adjust the timing on my 83 XS650 after installing a Pamco Ultimate kit. In order for me to get the timing marks to line up, I need to rotate the Pamco so far to the left that I have to remove the bottom screw that holds the Pamco plate on. Anybody ever have this issue?

I've had good luck with their small air die grinders. I use the shit out of them. Just keep them oiled and they seem to last. Picked up a planishing hammer couple years ago and the air hammer broke within a few weeks. I have the MC lift and it serves its purpose. That small sandblasting pot...

I replaced the stock ignition with a PAMCO complete kit (coil, etc). The bike ran fine before.....but now is running like the timing is off. Also - in the Haynes Manual, it says my stator model should be a LD115 or 115-02. Mine says LD115-07. Plus the timing plate looks different than...
