    Depends on your frame of reference to the bike, when sitting on the bike, axle nut is on the right hand side, :) but that's not what I'm asking. I have an 75 set of forks, the front fork (brake side) has a shoulder which stops the axle going all the way through. I now have a 76 set of forks...

    fork oil change?

    Thanks! I had drained, and added 160mls with Mikes progressive springs to my 34mm forks, just wasn't clear if it was necessary to pump to dispel any trapped air. Arf
