I'll turn '70 in July 2017; been riding since I was 12. BSA was my 1st love though I've never owned one. The XS650 line is my link to the history of motorcycling. I now ride an FJ1200 on the street and a DR350 in the dirt.
"Retired" (can't find a job) in Puget Sound WA but lived most of my life in Texas. I learned most of what I know about wrenching motorcycles here at this Garage and remember when PAMCO ignition used a Gerber babyfood jar lid for a backplate when Pete posted the prototype plans here for free.
I'll always be grateful for all of the guidance I've gotten from this board.
