I need one because mine is cracked around the kick start shaft bore. I can pay for it straight up or trade for some CNC machined stuff. Appearance is not a factor; only that the cover is cheap, functional, and not cracked or repaired. Thanks.

I would try a 90 degree open fitting out of the tank to a remote petcock. The petcock can be as simple as an 'on/off' valve or a real remote (with reserve) taken from certain models of jet skis, 4 wheelers, or (I think) some models of the CR450 honda.
All bolt on stuff with no welding.

The most critical part of that mount is the hole locations relative to the 'flats' that will be welded together. Everything else is just clearance. A little oversize probably wont hurt but you don't want the 2 mating (welded) surfaces so far off plane that...

This is the deal: These mounts are nothing more than 2 pieces of 1/8" angle welded together. I drove myself nuts trying to fit a steel mx400 tank using the stock top motor mount. I even spread the tunnel with a small screw jack and there is simply not enough room in the tunnel to clear the stock...
