the wiring diagram that was for a b or c engine wasnt right for the coils i had. had my uncle come over and help me who has been a yamaha tech for 30 plus years.

its a 76 xs 650. I put a hard tail and springer front end on it. it is a 4 position ignition switch with momentary start. yes it has two coils. sorry for lack of info. kind of a nice day out and all I have left is to finish the wiring and I can start to ride the bike again. getting the itch. lol

just rewired my bike. put a 4 post ignition on it. bike turns over but no spark. my coils have different color wires then my diagram. where do I wire them to. my coils have an orange wire and a brown wire. bike has been apart so long don't remember where they went to. any help would be greatly...

i would install it on my 76 650 special. my pops bought it new in 76 and handed it down to me when i turned 16. first pick is of it when my dad had it next pic is what i am in the process of doing with it.

thanks for the help. the bearings you get in the kit are for the neck only. no axle bearings.

hello. i have a 76 xs650 and i put the tc bros hard tail on and the dna springer from tc bros also. i want to keep the yamaha mag wheels i have. any suggestions on what bearings will work with the yamaha mag rims and the axle that comes with the springer. any help would be awsome thanks... jeff
