Alright I did some research and emailed hugh. I think I've got this. Anyone willing to double check my work and make sure I dont blow up my bike? I'm hoping with this setup the main fuse and 10 amp fuse will protect my lights and expensive CDI. THANKS!

I'm looking for a rear axle spacer for my xs650 build. It's the drum brake side spacer/ collar for a spoked wheel. Any compatible spacer or suggestion would be appreciated. I can post more pics/ info when I get home from work Thanks all
