How much for one of the late-model kicker arms?

I wonder if there is a possibility that the ethanol in the gas could be in higher levels depending on temperature, age of the fuel under the pump, etc... because this all started (I think) after I moved to a new house and started using gas almost exclusively from the same station.

Followup: I'm gonna try Caswell this time. Any suggestions before I apply the goo?
