Thanks, and no it doesn't pogo much....... there really isn't much suspension whatsoever lol..... maybe and inch or 2 . It's pretty much just a bar hopper.... only has about 75mi range with the tank as well
So decided to try to match the seat as close as I could to the bags. Thanks to Rub & Restore, and one good coat using a hair dryer to help the drying...... I think it came out pretty good!
Swapped out the bag for a mahogany brown leather bag & added a handlebar bag as well...... thinking of changing up the exhaust so I can put the other bag on the other side........ opinions?........ I think it could interfear with the kickstarter, not 100% sure.
Ya I dig the leaf springer, and they don't have much give, but its not bad for me, I'm only 140 lbs lol........ I CAN'T even imagine trying to run one at 200mph though , that's just nuts!
It's a pretty heavily modified XS 650 frame, but it is an original frame. Neck was stretched 3" and raked a bit (not sure on the degree of the rake) then obviously the hardtail...... center section is XS 650
So I couldn't leave it as I bought it too long..... I had to give it a little of my own style. So I had to build some mini apes, because Im a smaller guy. Sooo.....
Its a custom built front end
