Ive seen a consistency on frames without titles, how hard is it to obtain a title with only the bill of sale? Im thinking of going picking up a frame this weekend but if its going be a big hassle without the title, then im going to pass on it!

Well seeing as the picture i posted is from a seller here that wants $1000 for a good frame and engine. I would be willing spend that much, maybe 1200 if its worth it.
