Yeah, I know about the xs pivot inner dia. needing to be bored out. You ever think about going direc and eliminating the linkage? Maybe using a different shock?

Cool. I'm already running a yz450 rear hub, so the axle diameter thing is no big deal. I suppose I could get the local machine shop to spin me up a pivot shaft, that shouldn't be too expensive. Do you know that if you go to a 90-98 YZ swinger the axle diameter is 20mm, same as XS? That...

I finally finished getting the hub I want mounted, now I need to order a rim. I'd like to go with a 19x2.5 or even 19x2.75, but I'm worried it may rub the inside of the swinger where it narrows. I obviously don't want to buy a rim and spokes, lace it up, and then find out it won't fit...
