    Use a 24/64 or 3/8 then a pick to pry the bushing out.

    Exhaust stud sheared off....

    I have placed a nut over the broken stud and welded the nut to the stud. The heat will expand the stud to help break it free. Let it cool before putting a wrench to the nut.

    most HD bars & risers are 1" even the fat bars reduce to 1" at the riser.

    I just did the seals on my 79 and got them out with a heal-toe pry bar. The one I used is about 16" long and I had to work the seal at 2 or 3 spots. Walt

    Hi Everyone I am new here I have 2 xs650 78 &79 The question is, is there a left side caliper that will fit as the mag wheel is drilled and taped for a rotor on both sides and the fork tube (left) has mounting lugs.
