I'd like to see the barrel fender as well. I thought about doing that too as the rib is already there.

Hardrock, that does look like a lot of work, but you pulled it off. Bet the passenger doesn't appreciate those wing nuts. Orange County Chopper braces too.

I picked up an old dirt bike fender at a swap meet for a few bucks. I liked the duck-bill flair on the end and it already had mounts built in. It';s not a hard tail but could have easily been used for one.
