I have been having a very frustrating time lately with the emails from XS650.com ending up in my spam folder and having to confirm my email before I get the normal member privileges.
I am using microsoft outlook and I have tried all the fixes that come up when I search the problem.
Have other members had this problem if so what was the fix.
The extra steps needed are very frustrating help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

Emails from the site to you are soft bouncing. If they soft bounce too many times, it stops sending mail. The site should give you this notice:

invalid email.jpg

It wants you to enter a new email, but if you keep your same email, the cycle continues.

If they're going to your spam folder, is there a way to flag them as not spam? Or whitelist xs650.com? This could be from too many people marking emails as spam instead of unsubscribing.

Here's the bounced email error:

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
554-5.7.1 Message rejected due to possible spam content
554 [65B24C6A-AE383021@mta2304]

This is something your ISP is doing because they don't like the content in our notification emails. I don't have much control over it. The only thing I can think for you to do would be to add admin@xs650.com (all email from xs650.com if possible) to your contacts, then contact your email provider to see if they can stop flagging mail from this site.

XS650.com and its IP address are not currently on any mail blacklists: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist:xs650.com&run=toolpage

The email server seems to be set up correctly with SPF, DKIM, and REVERSE DNS (PTR) records.

The bounce logs only show a handful of bounces over the last couple of weeks. They seem to be to email addresses like westnet.com.au, bigpond.com, iinet.net.au, bigpond.net.au, and similar domains. Perhaps they all use the same system. I'll do a little digging and see if I can contact someone to get xs650.com whitelisted.

The majority of users here use yahoo, gmail, hotmail, live, comcast, etc. and those all seem to be getting through without issue right now.

I chatted Spark NZ and they said:

For a quick fix, please ask your customer to add your email address in the contact list/address book. In that way, the server will categorize the emails coming from you as safe.

Hi Travis,
Thank you for trying to resolve this for me.
I did try adding admin@xs650 to my contacts list but perhaps I did not do it correctly as the problem persisted. I will try this again.
Oddly today the problem did not appear when I visited .
Thank you again for your help.

I don't see any bounced mail for you today.

In the chat with Spark NZ (that's your internet provider right?) they said if it doesn't work, you'll need to contact them for assistance. There's only so much they would tell me since I'm not a customer.

For some email clients, the way to mark messages as not spam is to move them from your spam folder to your inbox.

If it keeps happening, you could either contact your email provider, try a different email address if you have one, or turn off notifications from the site.

Let me know if it keeps happening.

Thank you for following up. Spark my internet provider are well known for denying problems that after enquiries are made later resolve.
So far so good long may it continue.

Thank you SS jody, still no problems but if problems re appear I will try that . I did try setting the always accept rule and it did not work but I may have made an error and it did not stick.
This problem appeared out of the blue after years of trouble free access to XS 650.com and the problem resolved after Travis spoke to them so I am leaning toward a internet provider issue.
