So I'm getting ready to mount the rear fender and have a question. Knowing the rear wheel will change position when tightening the chain, at what point do I set the rear wheel (front to back in the axle plates) when I mount the fender. I want to keep very tight tolerances fender to tire. Any help?

Well I went to adjust the right side air mixture screw on my 82 special and the PO had messed it up so bad I cant get a srewdriver in the slot. There is basically not slot in the screw. Luckly the bike tuns ok but I want to fix this. Please help? Need to get the screw out. Thinking of drilling...
