    5 seconds is the lowest I would go on post flow , gotta keep that pool and filler rod in gas till it's cooled :) , you can beat back what you may feel is wasted gas with a good gas lense letting you run a lower flow rate.     Well i finally welded on a aluminium Tab to take the Harley headlight , and figured out the disc and caliper set that would work in this narrow front end FZR600 with CBR250 Caliper just need to pull the forks apart sill them with Green sand than weld on the caliper mount and fender mounts

    If your modelling off the HHB gussets you should be right I just tacked up a set today , look the goods and the run at the side of the cross tune and at a angle across the down tubes so should spread the load nicely
