Just picked up a 1980 xs 650 for a $100. Engine turns over but noticed the left exhaust valve (as sitting) is stuck open, other three are ok. Hi , just mounted my new Jemco pipes onto my 75 xs. when I attached the pipes exhaust flange to the engine exhaust studs I am left with a 1/4" gap when tightened .Everything seems to be seated as far as it can go. Also should there be an exhaust gasket?Thanks!!!!

trying to wire up an Omars fiberglass tail section which included the tail light. From the tail light there is a red and black wire I can only get one portion of the dual element to light. should there not be 3 wires (running/brake and grd) from the tail piece.
