Hey Leo, I have a Pamco ignition but i fried my Mikes XS Coil and now i am using the standard two coil system, can I hook up the Pamco to the standard two coil system?

Where did you find the answer?? im trying to see if you can ran a pamco with the two stock ignition coils?

I'm running just some small standard indicaters im going to grab a sparks capacitor and give it a go no harm in trying!

Hi guys, Just wondering how hard is it to go "battery less"? Can I just swap the active wire from the reg/rec to the main red wire on the wiring harness that leads to the positive terminal on the battery? I have a: 1980 Australian model new PMA kick only indicaters Cheers

Hi guys I am having the same problem but it is only coming out the left breather hole. I have had a rebuild too with brand new vm34mm minuki carbs. it is running really well, but I haven't had it on a dyno yet I as this a tuning problem?

Ok fellas my brother came over and fixed the problem in 3 minutes it was the kill switch! it was reading that it got 12V+ on it but had no continuity so weird but all sorted thanks for the help again Cheers.

Yeah I got one penut just working out now haha funny thing is my brother and dad are sparkys (electrician's) but trying to get them over to help is hard work even with beer!

Ah ha thanks for the help guys I think I know what the problem is, I have stock wire to stock coils and the old style fuses but I had to change the conectors that join the brown wires on the coils to the kill switch wires. Maybe there is a bad connection. I will try that and let you know. You...

I check the battery and it has 12.5volts, I'm not sure if I have a capacitor or what SPARX is. Sorry mate I'm pretty new at this stuff.
