I've checked for spark and have it. Bike will not start and the plugs are dry. I've checked the main and pilot and both are clear. I do know that the carb is getting gas cause I can see it and the bowl was full. Can it be a timing issue? Any ideas?

Bike runs great under acceleration but when going in a 30mph zone I have to keep on the gas cause the bike kinda lurches or hops. But will stop if I pull the clutch in. Kinda like hitting the brakes every few seconds. Doesn't seem like a correct engine brake. Should add that the bike idles...
