81 xs....had hang up on shifter...took it apart claw and star a little out...wanted to readjust...well after 100 posible trys...my question is by the book says.2nd 3rd 4th..center up claw on the star...all gears seem to have slight variation after i set in one gear....should it stay perfectly...

Somebody did a complete rebuild.everything painted.powdered...polished.dont know anything about it..never ran 100%.been tinkering with carbs and valves..not much better..do.not have time testing the waters for 1600$ if can't sell will part out.dont really wanna strip it...in fl panhandle

guys need a little input, did not pay much att, when i took the stock swingarm off,have a newly modified radian now..it has 13 3/4 on it now... which height and looks are good..buttttt,the swingarm seems to be a tad low..my concern is the front top chain buffer....you think to much drag on my...
