I got this front fender in a Suzuki GT550 parts lot. I'm pretty sure it's not not a Suzuki fender, and it's definitely not an XS650 fender. Can anyone help ID this? Any help is appreciated.

12V CM11-50 coils that came off of my '79 XS650. Primary winding reads 4.1 and 4.2 ohms Secondary winding reads 8.9k and 8.85k ohms $25 shipped for the pair.
