    disassemble, then order parts....

5twins, I was able to find a set of 78 damper rods :P They are coming via a gent who had them on ebay. He didn't have the top out springs that you had a photo of/mentioned. I couldn't find the spring on the 78 parts diagram, but did find the spring on the SR500E . Does this sound right to you? I...

I'm not sure if I can have the that hole reamed/drilled out. If it will compromise the integrity of the damping rod. Its 16.4mm on the emulator and the outside diameter(At flat edge) is 16.96mm Not much left

Ok, so in reality they shouldn't be advertising the 77 as a year that can use the emulators?

I was working towards finishing, but now I have to look at what I'll do with the front end now. Here's where its sitting last one was before I took forks off to rebuild and front wheel before I put the dual rotor setup

I neglected to mention... I have the 77 damper rods, but the top two photos are from the installation instructions for the emulators. They don't work with my damper rods. Boooo..

I took the name from the site. I don't know who actually makes them. Whether PAMCO, XSCharge etc.. Only going by what I used to have options to purchase and now.

THX Skull, but what I was saying was they don't have the parts available like they used too. For EX: There used to be multiple PAMCO systems available for the 77, now there are none based on using "choose make/model before year" Valve Lapping tools/compound.. Poof

Been a while since posting. I have no idea about who sells, what and where, but 650 Direct has nothing like what it used too. I can no longer access what looks like 60% of the parts that used to be there. Everything is quoted in USD(unless you change the currency option.. No longer boasting...
