I am planning a flame thrower exhaust on my bike with raw fule directly from tank.
(Using other method of ignition cut out floods crank case with un burnt fuel.)
Question is in diagram below why 2 solenoids, my thoughts are to prevent blowback. thanks for any input

Use sugar and water ,lots of sugar about 1/4 cup per litre in spray bottle before you weld , will prevent splatter. Nice fitting job going to be starting mine soon too
Thanks for the posting the last image sealed the deal for my CDI unit , bk wire is ground 100% known, Bk/W has same continuity to capacitor as bk , seems like ground cut wire out to side stand and drawing confirmed that
