Are the clutch and ignition cover on these bikes cast aluminum or magnesium?

I'm upgrading my rear brakes to disc and want to use an aftermarket rotor. I've searched and searched and the only thing I've found is that the rear rotor is 268mm. Is this correct? Does anyone know what bikes come with a rotor this size? Thanks for The help.
