Exactly what the title says. Has anybody ever used 2 inch exhaust on an XS650? I've searched on here and on the web and cant find anything. just wondering how it run and sound.

I dont know what comes with the monster craftsmen kit but I had to measure the space in between the forks and then the rim and do the math and center it. I had to machine my own spacers since the the ones with the springer didnt work.

I totally agree with you. Back to the drawing board lol. I cut them on a laser.

I made these fender struts this weekend and Im not 100% sure its what I was aiming for but I would like to see what you guys think of them. please help me out.

Im looking to trade my 2 under springer for a 4 under. I have a black springer with a front brake and a 16 rim and tire. only used 2 summers in great condition. Id be interested in selling it for $450 if no trade.

Do you mean I have to cut down the long nut?

I got a springer for my XS650. put the new 1" bearing but when I put it all together the stem isn't long enough to put the top nut on. Do I need a longer stem or a different neck stem sleeve. actually looked online for different sizes but nothing. not sure what to do. Ill put some pics to help...

Hi Scott, Im sorry if you got offended by my opinion. Your work was great however there were a couple of things that i would have done differently, nothing on you. The customer was very happy with them and thats all that matters

Just finished it and took it to a show at a local harley davidson dealer. I took first place in the metric class however it was an easy win since I was the only metric. even though being the only metric, everybody loved it.

I'd like to see the numbers of votes for each bike.

Senior's build was a joke! Jr's bike was cool, I have always loved the look of copper and aluminum. all around a very cool bike. Jesse's bike wasn't crazy over the top "theme" bike. It was his style and he built it out of a pile of steel. To me thats impressive. My vote goes to Jesse.

I saw that orange virago on cafe racer and was totally intrigued. I started looking for one right away. I will be building one for sure. Looks and sounds awesome:thumbsup:
