    My XS650 Bobber Build

Mag wheels and getting to bear metal

The Kleen Strip Sprayable Stripper is much stronger than the Aircraft Remover. You'll wanna get the one that says "fastest" and "strongest" on the bottle. It's about $25 a gallon at Lowes.

    My XS650 Bobber Build

Seat was made at a shop called Rich Phillips Leather. They're only about 20 mins from me so I went there to pick it up. I arrived as they were finishing my seat and snapped a few pics of the process. Check em out at http://bikersaddles.com/ they also list on eBay.

    My XS650 Bobber Build

What jetting for Open exhaust and Stacks?

Just bought a pamco and pma conversion as well. This is going to be my daily driver for the summer and I want it to be super reliable. Bike only has 13000 miles on it and the rest of the engine seems to be very solid.
