    EZ Pull Cable not fitting

I'm wondering if I didn't get sent the wrong cable. This one only has 3" of cable extending from the sheath.

    EZ Pull Cable not fitting

I emailed Mercury Mike about this but thought I would try here too: I purchased an E-Z Pull 46 1/4"(I'm running Super Bike bars) and the housing end to end is just the right length. The issue I'm running into is the extra length in the actual cable. When I went to install it, I connected the...

One cyclinder doesn't fire below 3000 RPM

XS Leo, are you are far too quick on the draw for me! :) My response was directed at 5twins who had mentioned various electrical issues. That being said, how would electrical issues be affected by the RPMs?

One cyclinder doesn't fire below 3000 RPM

The syncs should be good and I've swapped the plugs already. It is possible that plug caps are faulty. Any ideas why the RPMs would affect any of this?

One cyclinder doesn't fire below 3000 RPM

I have an 81 XS650, pods and Mikes Reverse Cone mufflers. Jets are as follows: Main jet 142.5, Pilot Jet of 45, Air Jet 27.5 The bike starts easily enough but the right cylinder won't fire unless reved above 3K (and even so not every time). When I do this, that pipe will start to backfire a...

Old model XS650 on newer model? Can it be done?

I have a 1981 XS650 and I'd like to get the older "flat" style seat. I've seen it mentioned that some have done it with a few modifications to the seat. Anything more detailed out there or other options?

    Straight Pipe Length?

Well I just know length is pretty important to get your compression right so I'm just wondering how long the pipes should extend I guess? Do you have pics of yours, JR Hammer?

Building a Cafe! First Build! Advice Welcomed!

Not related to my build but.... Some friends and I had a "Red Neck" party in which we dressed as trashy as we could and drank cheap beer. Also their happened to be a moped there which required some modeling on my part. Posted via Mobile

Could I use the hub from a 16" rear wheel and the rim from a front 18" wheel and get spokes off of MikesXS?

Aussie, that's intentional actually. The height of the mold is so when I lay the fiberglass over and remove the mold, the edge's will hang over the frame and I can trim to where I want it.

Thanks! A few new pics: The tank mocked up on frame. The foam mold just about ready for fiberglass.
