Came across some exposed wired, i believe its a ground wire. Its coming from my ignition coils... And i THINK its running all the way to my voltage regulator... Removed... And here is the wire in between Any suggestion on how to diagnose? Would a bad regulator cause that burnt wire...

I want to swap out clip ons for stock type 7/8" handlebars and i need the lower part of the clamps("risers", correct?). I need the rubber dampers and top clamps as well but i can get those from mikes if i have to. Let me know if anyone has these available. Thanks!
