    Alternative 1 1/2" headpipes that look similar to stock standard model pipes

    Gents, On my -77, I have these pipes, purchased from Jerry Heiden, but also sold by MikesXS: https://www.mikesxs.net/yamaha-xs650-chrome-xs-perf-headpipe-set.html They work fine, but the fit is not very good. Viewed from forward, the RH pipe runs almost vertical, while the LH (alternator side)...

    pipes turn blue

    Hi is there anything that you can put on the inside of a new set of aftermarket exhaust.That will keep the header pipes from turn blue? Thanks
