Last season I removed the Engine to do a Valve Job. Prior to removal I had the full compliment of electrical capabilities, starter, lights horn etc. After instalation I have naught, nothing, save a clicking when I activate the Horn. I bought a brand new Battery & its fully charged. I am not...
