    1982 TANK

So I knocked off the paint on the 82's tank... unfortunately it's just COVERED in Bondo and has some pinholes. While fixable it would be a nightmare. Is anyone aware of any non oem tanks that definitely fit on these bikes because I've been seeing some pretty bad reviews online for tanks not...

    Neck Lock Key Blank

Is there somewhere to buy parts for the neck lock mechanism? preferably a replacement lock and key set that drop in to the shank on the neck. If not, is there any way to service the stock lock? I have the lock body, but no key, and it'll have whatever pins/wafers it came with from the factory in it.

    Ordering New Friction Plates

I plan to replace my friction plates per my Service Manual. All of my friction plates are <3.1 mm as measured at 3 different locations per plate with a digital caliper. I have yet to check my steel clutch plates on a surface plate with a feeler gauge. I've seen suggestions (retired...

    rear brakes

    - replaced your rear brake shoes? no apparent improvement in braking? - no, youre not imagining it...this is not uncommon - why not? - the shoes have to wear in, this takes time...these are not trucks, where the brakes are specially machined to fit from newly replaced - also...
