Wanted - 18 rear spike rim/ wheel brakes whole thing rusty crusty ok

I'm looking for a rear 18 inch wheel for my ride , can be rusty crusty but I need it functional. , I don't mind cleaning it up, would like the brakes and axle spacers , but if the price is right I'm buying and will locate them later.
