Wanted - 1973 TX650 Seat Needed

I need a seat for my 1973 TX650. I have a new seat cover. The pan that was on the 73 I bought was not a stock one. Thanks.

1973 is a one-year only seat, and I'm pretty sure that no one sells a correct reproduction 1973 seat. Many sellers mis-label their seats. If you aren't happy with the seat you ordered when it arrives, PM me, I have a 1973 seat.

Yamahaxs650.com has a seat that I got in today.

If you are happy with what they shipped to you, that's great. But it isn't a proper 1973 seat. It is a 1970-1972 seat. I know because I bought that seat from YamahaXS650.com for my 1971.
1973 is a one-year only seat. There are several differences between it and the earlier seats. The most important is how it meets the gas tank. If you are using a 1973 tank, then you need a 1973 seat for it to look right.
