Stock motor, not stuck. Will include carbs. Can include a clutch cover, but it's been welded and smoothed by PO. Not the best job, but not horrible.

Swamped. My kid had another open heart surgery, my other kid is trying to cope with some changes to her diabetes pump, we bought a house and it needs a lot of work, and I bought another bike that promptly got hit by a deer and had $4900.00 worth of damage done to it. Busy few months. ha

Should do. I pulled it out of the bike to work on the frame. I never ran it but it's not stuck. Clean the carbs. Check clearances and new fluids and I would think it'd be a go. I can check compression on it if you want.
