Just rebuilt my 78 xs650 bs38 carbs,is the fuel air mixture screw suppose to have an o-ring and spring?Or just an o-ring,mine had no spring.

Yes , O ring & Spring.. Look back in the hole as I've been tricked by one hiding in there good luck !
