For Sale - 1980 XS650-Buffalo, NY

Questions:
1. Was it running before you took in for service?
2. How sell?
3. Why did you pull the clutch?
4. What was the quantity of shavings on the oil sump screen?
 
1. Yes, it was running great, battery was starting to weaken though
2. ?
3. I was having the clutch cable rerouted because of the handlebar change
4. It appeared to be mostly the plastic and some aluminum from the cam chain guide

So its the clutch cable not the clutch that has been remove? Or what do you mean by clutch plate?
 
The bike is at my fathers house right now and I am at work, I will post pics, but it might be a day, sorry.

It happens when an unruly post from somewhere else wanders into this thread and rudely knocks your post over.

Kinda like the old Batman show where you saw Kapow! after the Riddler landed a much deserved punch in Batman's ever tumescent belly...

Or it's that your original post has been pushed down the list by others, and you still have that shiny, rust free tail light that somebody really should buy, so you can get a cold beer or two with the cash.

So you reply with "bump" and push it to the top of the stack. Usually accompanied by a reduction in price...
