1980 XS650 Special Front Master Cylinder?

Hey guys, so I have a 1980 XS650 Special, single front disc, and I installed an Emgo superbike bar on it. Now, the stock front master cylinder reservoir looks like it sits kinda “funny” because of the radically different bar. I was wondering if that seems to be a common issue with my model, and if so, what’s everyone running?

I want something:
- Affordable
- Era-correct (nothing off a GSXR or something)
- A “plug-n-play” master cylinder would be nice

I think I’ve heard someone say something about using like an RD front master? I don’t mind buying something off eBay or something and refurbishing it myself. Or if you have something you’re willing to part with, and would be willing to sell/trade (I have A LOT of spares, I have almost everything), hit me up! Thanks guys!

Bonus points: Does anyone know which old Yamahas run the same front brake line as my XS and use the same (or slightly smaller) bore cylinder?

BONUS bonus points: Same brake light switch?

Anything from an earlier XS, an RD, an SR? Does an earlier XS use the same lines and cylinders as mine?
