Wanted - 1981 XS650II Air Filter and Side Cover Rubber Grommets

I need to know where to buy 2 items for my 1981 Yamaha XS650II:
I need:
One Air Filter, Yamaha Part # 3G1-14451-00
I also need 2 of the rubber grommets that hold the side covers on the bike.
I do not know this part number.
If anyone has these 2 parts, or know who does, I would appreciate a reply email.
