For Sale - 1981 Yamaha XS650 Special-$900

Hey everybody! After a brief stint as a proud XS650'er, I am afraid I must sell. I'm going back to school in the winter, and that is going to be plenty enough project for me, both mentally and financially, for a long time. What I have is an '81 Special in mostly stock configuration. New gaskets, drive sprocket, pod style filters, etc., are the only modifications. It still has the stock electric system, and you all know what that means. Also, the stock gas tank is dented, but it still seals just fine. This was the perfect start to a great project for me (I was planning on a tracker, if you're curious), so hopefully it will be that for someone else.

I have it listed on Smegslist for a grand, but for you lovely people I would gladly take $900.

I am located in the suburbs of the Twin Cities, MN, but would work with the buyer to coordinate pick-up or shipping as much as I can.
