21" Mini Drum, I believe it's a Hallcraft. This is a very nice wheel. Rim is in excellent condition, spokes show minor rust spots but should clean up easily. The brake stay is the only eye sore, I don't believe it's factory. You would likely have to make a new one anyway to fit an xs. Currently has 5/8 bearings in it. Brake pads appear new. The tire has good tread but is a little hard from age, you can decide if you want to use it or scrap it. I'm looking to get $300 or best offer. PM if interested.
