Wanted - 36 hole mini-spool hub and axle

Looking for a spool hub and axle to fit a 76 front end. Similar to this...

I already have a 21" rim but its off a dirtbike so I need to replace the hub. If you have a 21" rim already laced with a spool, I may be interested in that as well.

I'm pretty sure those hubs use a 40mm odx12mm thick bearing. 40/12x17mm is a pretty common bearing so you could buy the hub with a 5/8 axle and spend about 4 bucks swapping the bearings. I did the same thing on a mini drum wheel that was sold set up for 5/8

I searched "speedway motorcycle hub". Came up empty. I did find some 36 spool hubs from Bob's Cycle Supply, but I am a cheap. I mean REALLY cheap. Suggestions?
