After reading a nicely wrote and helpful thread on 650rider that was wrote by 'joshX' I decided to try to fix my TCI,
In the thread it was said how to test the little transistor that is inside it is a step by step to test all three pronges, mine had a nil reading on all three so I went and got a new one (1.99) and unsoldered the old one and stuck the new one in, then testing it I have signal going through the ones I need it too!! I thought it was fixed, however the one that is suppose to read nil now also have power.
And I have no spark still..
Is 'JoshX' on this forum? Or is anyone else familiar with these diodes/transistors??
Here is that very useful thread:
