Slight surface rust, not bad. Duct tape in picture is keeping bolts with fender.

Repainted, sealed (no rust), new petcocks, all mounting rubber is still there. Some type of sealer has been used around the petcocks. I didn't see any leaks the two times I ran the bike before starting the tear down.
