78 XS650E backfiring/popping when off the throttle.

Hi Team,

I have finally gotten all my electrical problems (Bad condenser) sorted or have I?

I'm getting backfiring/popping when I drop off the revs quickly or when I slow down with gearing. Anyone know how to fix this? Is this a timing problem? Carb Idle circuits too rich?

Bike runs great apart from this issue!
