What is the major differences between the two? I realize the 80 has less plates than the 79. But other than that...?

Also, while were talking about the clutch, any recommendations on plate brand / type?
I picked up two 79 motors recently, and I'd like to use as much parts from them, and not take parts from my stock 80 motor.
Any info / suggestions / comments appreciated
