Wanted - 80-81 pull choke assembly

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to change my cable choke on my 83 bs34's over to a pull or lever choke!

Looking to buy the 80-81 rod, lever, springs and ball bearings.

Located in canada!

The springs and balls can be had from grease zerks. Drill the hole a little bigger to release the spring and ball. A good use for the old straight side zerks. Tip compliments of gggGary.

Oh man, that's a great idea! I'll still need the lever and rod no? Or can I use the rod I have now and fashion a lever?

The choke plungers are different on those carbs so if you find someone to trade with they will need the entire set up from the high beam/turn signal/choke adjuster down to the cable mount at the carbs and the choke plungers.

The cabled choke is better as you can adjust by sliding the setting. The ones your looking for have pre-sets.......although XSJohn has a thread somewhere to add more pre-sets......
