81' XS650 Special 277 Rephase

81 xs650 Special, It's still a work in progress, but here's what's been done so far: 277 Rephased crank / cam, Pamco ignition, XS Performance coils, Mikuni vm34 carbs, complete rewire, Ascot Street Tracker Exhaust, Medium seat from Cafeseat.com, clubman bars, a bunch of other small things I cant remember.


Needs a new tank, seat has been trimmed to fit the new tank I'm going to use. Also needs clipons, new filters, one fell off on the way to take these pics. Fork brace, paint, etc...

Thanks, I couldn't fit both the new coils under the tank in the stock location. I'll probably move them when I get the new tank.
