THis came on my bike when I bought it last august. I stripped it with methylene chloride one day at work last October and it has been siting around since then. No dents but there does seem to be one or two flattish spots that show up as the sanded areas near the LH rear in the images. Must have been sanded By a PO at some point? I thought the tank was perfect until recently. Petcock might be good, might not. Let's lean towards probably not. Let me know if it is something you can use.
