Are those stock 12.5" shocks with the caps cut?

To be honest, all I know about the shocks is that they are not the original shocks from the bike and that they are functional. They came as spares with the bike I bought. I do not believe that they are stock, but stock style replacements.

*edit* I should have said that I know for a fact that these are not the originals. I was offered the originals, but they were shot and useless. The originals obviously looked different so I understand why you thought the caps were cut.

The shocks appear to be 12.6" [320mm] eye to eye
