Two questions re the brace: 1. It appears to be a "Tkat" made brace 2. Is it made to fit the pre 77 34mm fork tubes or 35mm ones thereafter?

the brace fits 37-38 mm forks. it came off an xs-1100 but will fit alot of modern sportbike front ends as well. the only way it would work on 34 or 35 mm forks would be if you used some type of shim.

Thanks erik....that does create a few more considerations. The Tkat brace is custom sized to a variety of parameters according to the dimensions he supplies to a CAD/CAM
program he uses to produce the brace. Others may find that usefu as may you in describing the dimensions.....

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to mikes for brace. After doing some research your fork brace is actually much nicer.
