Just another grumpy old hack.
I was wondering if anyone out there had a 2002 or newer Ducati and would be willing to take some measurements of their clutch slave cylinder. I have been looking at different slave cylinders for hydraulic clutch mods and stumbled across the 2002 and newer Ducati slave cylinder and it is very interesting. With the Aprilia Slave cylinder I have used you have to cut down the retaining cup but it appears that the Ducati slave cylinder has it built into the housing which would eliminate the need to cut it down if it is the right size. If I remember correctly the I.D of the inspection hole on the left hand case of our 650's was 39mm. So if the part that protrudes from the Ducati slave cylinder is about the same then it may be a better alternative to the Aprilia. Let me know if anyone can help get this info.
